Thomas A. Wither, Principal and Founder The published and technology award-winning (Discover Magazine) innovator has been featured on CNN and Good Morning America.  He also benefits from a 16 year working relationship with Wayne State University Engineering Technology Division.  During this time, he has been awarded two U.S. patents and has several patents pending for his alternative energy innovations. Together with his vision for the future of sustainable energy, he brings skills and strengths unique in the industry.

 Brad Wither, Operations Brad is responsible for the day to day operations of the business, as well as maintaining and monitoring AAW’s global ‘virtual auction’ network of SPVD’s.  He has built his 22-year career specializing in Operations Management, where he was directly responsible for Software Development, Program Development, Project Management, Product Management and Sales and Marketing.  Brad earned an MBA from Wayne State University and BGS degree from the University of Michigan.

Brent Wither, Marketing – Brent is responsible for managing the sales and marketing efforts to promote and expand the global network of Solar PV Displays (SVPD’s).   He has spent 11 years as a Regional Sales Manager in the high tech, machine automation and software fields.  Brent earned his Master of Science in Management degree from Walsh College of Business and Accountancy.   He also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Michigan State University.

Taposh ‘Kip’ Sen, Technology – Kip is responsible for implementing current and future technologies.  Kip brings 25 years of electrical and electronic experience with General Motors Manufacturing facilities and General Motors Technical Center.  At these locations he designed, developed, and implemented numerous innovative new technology, related to Power Systems, Quality Control Systems, and Instrumentation for Process Monitoring, and Control Systems for manufacturing equipment.  Kip earned a Masters in Industrial Technology from Eastern Michigan University and a Bachelors in Electrical Engineering from Georgia Tech.

Daniel Boes, Finance – Dan is responsible for the financial operation of the organization.  He has 18 years experience within the financial community and began his career as a Special Agent with the U.S Treasury Department.  For the past seven years, Dan has been responsible for wholesale finance programs and has also implemented software programs to advance his ability to service his customers.  Dan earned his Bachelor of Arts from Michigan State University.

Paul Schroeder, Engineering – Paul is responsible for the design and engineering of all structural components.  For the past 8 years Paul has been involved in many facets of Vehicle Product Engineering, Validation/Testing, and Manufacturing with Tier I and Tier II manufacturers.  Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, anis a member of the Engineering Society of Detroit, and also ASME. 

Ian Grant, Field Operations – Ian is responsible for construction and implementation of all structural components.  For the past 10 years Ian was Founder, President and CEO of  Standsure and Mastercraft Construction companies.  During this time he oversaw the day-to-day operations of these residential and commercial construction companies and gained valuable commercial contracting experience.  Ian served in the U.S. Marine Corp, Security Forces and is a licensed FAA pilot.

Scott Catallo, Architecture/Designs Scott is responsible for the design of Adopt-A-Watt SPVD’s.  His 11 years of architectural experience includes project architect, schematic design, design development, construction documentation, construction administration, code review, detailing and business development.  Scott also brings CAD / 3D graphics, administrative, and web site design software experience.  Scott has a Master of Architecture from Lawrence Technological University and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Lawrence Technological University.  He also holds an Associates degree in Architectural Construction from Henry Ford Community College.
