This project is designed to assist in the development of E85 ethanol infrastructure.  More specifically, the National Adopt-A-Watt™ program will provide the funding for the installation of sponsor-able and revenue generating, Solar PV Displays (SVPD's) and Solar PV Lights (SPVLS).  Sponsorship of these energy saving SPVD's and SPVL's will also provide the funding for E85 ethanol fuel dispensing systems.   Additionally, the program can pay for the purchase of Flex-Fuel Vehicles and their yearly refueling costs.
