This project is designed to assist in the development of  Bio-diesel infrastructure.  More specifically, the National Adopt-A-Watt™ program will provide the funding for the installation of sponsor-able and revenue generating, Solar PV Displays (SVPD's) and Solar PV Lights (SPVLS).  Sponsorship of these energy saving SPVD's and SPVL's will also provide the funding for bio-diesel fuel.
