This project is designed to assist in the deployment of Plug-In Hybrid Electric Vehicles (PHEV's).  More specifically, the National Adopt-A-Watt™ program will provide the funding for the installation of sponsor-able and revenue generating, Solar PV Displays (SVPD's) and Solar PV Lights (SPVLS).  Back-fed solar electricity will be used to offset the grid electricity consumed for the daily recharging needs of PHEV’s.  The sponsored SPVD's and SPVL's  also provide funding for the yearly leasing and recharging costs of PHEV’s.
